PCTC vs. USGS: Case No. DC 1:2014cv01200

On July 16, 2014, PCTC filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) complaint against the US Geological Survey (USGS) in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The background for the complaint is explained in a press release available here.
